Appointment Policy

A scheduled visit is now required Monday - Saturday. Scheduled visits help us keep our hospital running smoothly with little to no wait times, and gives our doctors ample time with each pet. And, we've made it easy to schedule appointments online by using the PetDesk app! Find our more about the app here.

Emergency cases never require an appointment, but please call us prior to bringing in your pet so our team can be prepared for your arrival.

Proper restraint is required to ensure the safety of all clients, patients, and staff members at our facility.

Payment Policy

Payment is required in full at the time services are rendered. This allows Harbor Animal Hospital to provide patients with the highest quality services and care.

Estimates can be provided for any recommended services. Please understand, this is to help you prepare, but may not be the final cost of veterinary care.

Release and Transfer of Medical Records

Does your pet have a previous veterinarian? If so, our team can work with you to request and transfer your pet's medical records over to us. Fill out the request form and submit it to the hospital to get the process started.
